“ Programs and Practices ” is a bi-annual publication produced on behalf of CEO.  This publication showcases a wide variety of successful programs and best practices of chambers and boards from across the province.  The submissions cover the gamut from special events to advocacy and from membership services to administration, and everything in between.  A brief outline of the featured submission is presented in the booklet along with the contact information of the submitting chamber personnel.  Many chamber executives have found this booklet to be an invaluable resource for their chamber/board. 

 One of the fundamental principles of working as a chamber/board professional is the dedication and support of the chamber network.  Being able to beg, borrow and re-create programs that been successful for our sister chambers provides us all with a unique advantage.  Those who ultimately benefit from the “Programs and Practices” submitted owe a debt of gratitude to those who contribute.  Those chamber professionals who contribute an idea to the publication receive a gratis copy of the booklet at the CEO AGM.  Non-contributors may purchase a copy from CEO.
